Fallen branches from the willow trees bordering a creek lay beneath as reminders of past growth. The trees are not dead, but rather dropping what is no longer thriving to make room for newness to spring forth. The roots are firmly planted beside the flowing water providing restorative life.
In life, it is like this, things come and go and we grow and learn from them. We mustn’t worry when some things drop away and change because we know if our roots are strong trusting in the one who gives us all that we need, newness will come forth.
